The Commission for the Selection of Candidates to the Office of a Judge ensures the selection of candidates to the office of a district (city) court judge and a regional court judge in accordance with the selection procedure approved by the Judicial Council.
The Commission aims at ensuring that only highly qualified lawyers with an impeccable reputation, as well as with appropriate professional skills and personal qualities become judges.
